About me

My name is  Cenobia, but most people call me CC. I live in North Haven with my husband, my daughter Amanda, my son Blake and my two Cats Chloe and Jackson. I have been taking pictures for all my adult life. Growing up near cameras, flashes and lenses, my father was a photographer for a newspaper so I guess I got it from him !

For the last few years, I have launched CC Garvie Photography and could not be happier--I love it ! Every new project is another exciting adventure, as I continue to develop my vision (no pun intended!). I love capturing the connection between people, the true intimacy, I am not a professional poser, we’re very real and raw and that is why I am after. I love to bring that out in my work.

I’m kind of funny some say, I also love food, music, cats and people who likes them, I will dance at your wedding while I chase those little intimate moments between you and your honey. Basically I love meeting new people and having a great relationship with my clients is a big deal to me. I pride myself on serving EVERYONE, life is to short to be square and if something 2020 thought me is you only get live once so you might as well enjoy it to the fullest and simply LIVE !
